Terms for shipping 

We offer international shipping. Under point 2 you can find a list of the countries, to which we dispatch.

Shipping charges (incl. VAT)

I. Charges for domestic shipping:

Our shipping charges include VAT. We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight. The resulting shipping costs apply to goods worth up to € 500. In addition, the shop system automatically adds insurance costs in the domestic area. Those are € 6.00 for parcels up to a value of € 2,500.00 and € 18.00 for packages up to € 25,000.00 value. 

DHL domestic shipping (max. 30kg)

Bulky goods and parcels above 40kg weight.

When shipping bulky goods, we charge as follows:

*The shipping cost is calculated upon the weight of the products only. The extra weight of pallets and packing is paid by us. 

II. Charges for international shipping:

Our shipping charges include VAT. We calculate our shipping fees after the weight of the parcels. The resulting shipping costs apply to goods worth up to € 500. In addition, the shop system automatically adds 1.5% of the total value of the goods for insurance. We only send insured parcels and make no exceptions! For parcels that leave the EU and have a value of over € 1,000.00, an export document must be requested. We charge this proportionately at € 35.00. This amount is also automatically added to the shipping costs as soon as the value of the order exceeds € 1,000.00.

III. Run times for delivery

As far as in the description of article no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place within 3 - 6 days in Germany. For international shipping parcels take 7-10 days according the DHL website. However this is often wrong. Parcels can take much longer and we are not able to speed this process up with normal DHL shippings. Even though we always add the legal custom paers for exports and use DHL premium for international shippings, since Corona it can take 4-8 weeks until a parcel arrives sometimes. If you are in a hurry, please ask for DHL express, which we can also offer for a higher price. Many of our offers are only made after an order has been received and the associated payment has been made, as they are customer-specific one-offs. When placing an order, please ask for delivery times.

Please note that on sundays and on holidays no parcel delivery takes place.

When local pickup was chosen, we inform you by email about the supply of the commodity and the fetching possibilities. In this case no forwarding expenses are calculated.
